Nederlands Dagblad

What if the newspaper has changed?

The Nederlands Dagblad is also not what it used to be. Many people in their twenties and thirties know the newspaper mainly as their parents’ newspaper: a newspaper for an older generation of Reformed people, convinced of their faith and firmly rooted in the Liberated Reformed column. They did not get enough of the fact that the Nederlands Dagblad has changed considerably over the past decades. That change of character is embodied by the editors: people who are at the centre of the world with an open, critical eye.

In a series of short TV commercials, we let four of them talk about their journalistic motivations, to bridge the gap with a new generation of readers.
