First listen, then transform
Most people know EY mainly as one of the big four accounting firms. Less well known is that EY also has an important consultancy arm. Our assignment: bring that under the spotlight, in a way that does justice to the distinctive character of EY’s consultants.
To find out exactly what makes these consultants different, we first conducted a series of interviews. These showed that the difference lay mainly in the willingness to delve into a client’s problems, and in the commitment to actually make the desired transformation happen.
We translated this into a series of expressions in the FD, in radio commercials and in online bannering and social media, kindly making fun of the jargon used by many consultants, with the theme: First listen, then transform.
