Working at an environment service is balancing act for advanced, the people from DCMR told us during the briefing for a new labour market campaign. After all, you not only have to have an eye for the interests of nature and residents (peace and quiet), but also help create the conditions for a vibrant business community and a healthy economy (bustle and activity).

This is especially true in the Rijnmond region, with its unique combination of living, working, nature and (port) industry. This therefore became the starting point for the employer branding campaign of this largest environmental service in the Netherlands. Working at DCMR: that’s where it all comes together.
