Until Klaverblad Verzekeringen knocked on our door, the company had never done any advertising. It had simply never been necessary because their insurance policies were sold mainly through intermediaries. New regulations changed that, and so Klaverblad needed to become known to the general public. Before we came up with anything, we talked extensively with management, employees and customers and got to know an extraordinary company.
