Everyone in the Netherlands knows Aviko for its fries. Few people know Aviko as a company, an example of Dutch pride, With over 2,000 employees, it is the fourth largest player in the global French fries market, operating in four continents. You come across Aviko’s products in restaurants all over the world. All this beauty comes from something as simple as a potato. The raw material produced and sold by Aviko into more than 1,000 product varieties for markets worldwide.

The potential of this natural product inspires Aviko and its employees, and inspired our campaign promise: Careers that make a difference. Potatoes can do that. The promise of a career that can take you anywhere, that lets you excel in all kinds of fields, that gives you pleasure working with inspiring colleagues worldwide. And that contributes in many ways to world food issues or sustainable growing or production.

We described the culture and core promise (EVP) to talent and developed, among others, a recruitment site, corporate recruitment film and all campaign materials for global recruitment. We also shaped Aviko Academy and the content of the onboarding programme. And we are responsible for ‘always on’ recruitment content on social channels. In these, we continuously show the many perspectives of Aviko as an employer and thus contribute to a continuous flow of interested applicants.
