For democracy
The concept development of the House of Representatives’ employer branding campaign was preceded by an extensive round of interviews. We spoke to people from all sections of the organisation, from practically to theoretically educated and working in very different positions, from cooks in the restaurant and maintenance people to clerks and legal assistants.

So although the work was very diverse, there was a clear similarity between employees at the level of the motive with which they performed that work. All were imbued with the importance of a functioning democracy, and all were proud of the contribution they made to it.
This fact became the basis of the concept: ‘Working at the House of Representatives. For democracy.’ In the elaboration of the communication tools, the unique working environment was also given a prominent role.
