Aviko makes tasty, nutritious potato products that people in over 110 countries enjoy. We bring joy to tables all over the world, is the company’s new message. With its employer brand, Aviko wanted to stay close to that. A question we knew how to answer.

Having worked together for a few years, we knew that Aviko understands the importance of job satisfaction. The culture is created by down-to-earth go-getters who enjoy making every day an enjoyable working day. We translated this individuality into an employer brand and recruitment campaigns that are fun to watch. Joy. If you have it, you can bring it.

Recruit and onboard new colleagues – and keep current colleagues involved. That is the purpose of these catchy expressions.

We went from employer branding strategy to creative concept and from concept to all kinds of communication tools. The base of operations is the cheerful recruitment site. Furthermore, you will see the joy reflected in recruitment videos, in and around buildings and splashed across social channels, for example.
